St Paul's is a welcoming church, with a family feel. We have regulars who have been coming for many years, but we are also used to welcoming visitors to the city for work, those on holiday, or those just popping in to see what we're like. If you'd like to make a one off visit, to try us out, or to make St Paul's your home, you are welcome!
We are wheelchair accessible and have an induction loop. You can find out about our Sunday services, below.
From Advent 2025 to Advent 2026 we are embarking on a year of reading John's Gospel. Our services each Sunday have a reading from John's Gospel and many of our congregation are reading the whole of the book of John in 90 days.
SUNDAY MORNING SERVICE
Our Main Sunday Service is at 10.30am each week.
It is a communion service, with Bible readings, a sermon, sometimes discussion, and an informal choir. We aim to be a welcoming, inclusive and a safe space. We sing a Iona songs, taize chants, modern songs as well as some traditional hymns. We are seated in the round with an altar at the centre of our worship space. You are invited to stay for coffee, tea, soft drinks and biscuits after the service.
We have a Sunday Club each week (4-11 years)
Youth Group every other week (11-16 years)

At 6pm every Sunday evening we have a wide variety of reflective services.
These are small, intimate services in our main church hall.
