Drop off and clear up is between 7-9am and 7-9pm, which parking is free on St Paul's Road during those time (right next to the Church). From 9-5 the road is pay and display, but only for 4 hours, so we would advise parking in the Queen Anne Carpark, which is about a 10 minute walk from the Church.

St Paul's will actively limit competition for stall which are highly specialist, and bookings are made on a first come, first serve basis. However, St Paul's will not definitely limit one industry. For example, we would host most than one vineyard.

Yes, this is our first time, we have a large communityourselves and social media (mainly facebook presence). We are fortunate, that we are on the main road from the train station and city centre, so footfall is very high. We are also printing flyers and posters for the town centre and local houses. Stallholders are encouraged to promote their attendance on social media, tag St Paul’s Church where relevant & share provided event graphics.

All waste must be removed by stallholders

We will supply each stall with a 6ft (or 12ft if booked)table and chairs if they wish to sit down.

St Paul’s has very limited electrical sockets and power, so if stall holders are bring a large electrical item, please do let St Paul’s know in advance. Battery operated items will be far more useful. Stall holders must not overload sockets, mustnot use extension cables and only use PAT-tested equipment only.

St Paul’s has a stable WIFI which stall holders can use.

St Paul’s has applied for a TENS license on behalf of all alcohol sellers.
