Please note minimum booking periods:

Evenings: 2 hours

Saturdays: 4 hours (meeting rooms 8 hours)

- Please read our and Safeguarding Provisions document.

- Please note we require each hirer to complete their own risk assessment of their event. If you already have a risk assessment feel free to send your copy over. Outside of one-off hirers (such as birthdays and weddings) we require all third-party groups that use the building have their own Public Liability cover in place for their activities.

- Will food/drink be consumed and also will alcohol be consumed.

- The rooms must be left clean and as you found them.

What Happens Next

1) Our team will review your booking then confirm.

2) We will send your invoice the month before your booking. Please note your booking is not confirmed until we receive payment in full.

We will also send a Stripe Payment Link for your security deposit against damage between £50-£200 depending on the booking.

3) We will send you your unique door code for entry during your booking. This will only work at the exact times of your booking. Please note, our Centre is not staffed 24/7 and therefore when your booking takes place there may not be a member of staff on site. However each hirer will have a unique code which only works for their period of booking, therefore staff will be aware when each hirer is entering and exiting the hall. If a hirer stays in the building past their time of booking we will be obliged to charge an extra fee which will be taken from their deposit.

Church Guidance on who can hire our rooms

We cannot accept bookings for Hen do’s, Stag do’s, other religious ceremonies, student (18+) parties, live music gigs and events which finish after 11pm. No Christian worship can occur without express permission of the Vicar.
